Similiar thing is happening in Rotherham Borough Council.
Money been spent without people knowing about it, well done Rotherham Politics for covering this story. its a good story to read about.

“Haven’t we seen similar in Rotherham?”
Quite possibly, I’m being to feel that if you wait long enough you are quite likely to see many unacceptable actions in Rotherham. )

But I doubt ULHT lost £680,000 last year to an email scam.

Who in RMBC is responsible for scrutinizing the safety and quality of patient care at Rotherham Hospital?
If what the Tiser is reporting is correct then RMBC have had the wool well and truly pulled over their eyes.
    Another failure from RMBC!

  4. THe Head of Resources at RGH has just departed after signing a similar clause to “protect the interests of the Hospital Trust” – one wonders, whose interests exactly? Was it connected to the scam or something else? Will he now have the courage to come forward and tell all? As Rotherham rate and tax payers I think we have a right to know what has been going on in our own hospital for which we pay. Or does the gobbledigook word “stakeholder” mean nothing?
