Close of nominations reveals the first Official Monster Raving Loony Party candidate has appeared in Rotherham! Omar Mehban is standing for them in Mahroof Hussain’s Ward, Boston Castle.
There has appeared also a rift in Holderness Ward Labour Party where the Official Labour Candidate, Christopher Robinson is opposed by the newly Independent (and Unofficial Monster Raving Loony Party Candidate) Hilda Jack, the sitting Councillor. She is refusing to lie down, after being dumped by Labour in a ‘palace coup’, organised by her long term ally Gerald Smith. See: Rotherham’s disgraceful parade gets ever longer!
The third surprise is Thomas Fenoughty who, despite having a solid majority, is not defending his Wales Ward seat?

So Grald Smith has turned on his own, well well well, no surprise there.
As for Hilda Jack, she really shouldn’t come looking for sympathy from the various communities she’s gotten so used to screwing all these years, simply because her chums have chucked her out.

It’s pure magic that the Corn Fed Grunters, Muppets and Clowns are shafting each other in the stye as they pad around in the guano biting and shoving each other out of the way so they can get their grunter snouts deeper in the civic trough …
And the best of it is there’s plenty more grief in store for them, oh yes, shedloads of guano and disappointment are coming their way, ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho ho 🙂

Still chuckling to myself that Rotherham now boasts a Council candidate from the Official Monster Raving Loony Party instead of the usual set of jokers put up by both Labour and Conservative party!
This year is no exception to the rule for the Conservatives who, in vernacular parlance are taking the piss with their panel of candidates in Rotherham this year. Obviously struggling to find a panel of candidates from their membership, they have put up the worst panel ever I suspect?
Labour, on the other hand, have the best panel of candidates for years! There are however still some real turkeys seemingly left over from a bygone era!

This is actually a CRIME….. Why is this not on the front of the Advertiser for God’s sake… Hughes & Fenoughty are more than just “good friends” – they are in business together – THEY HAVE USED THEIR TIME IN OFFICE TO LINE THEIR POCKETS. YET NOTHING IS DECLARED??????????????????????? Fenoughty seems to know this, but HUGHES still wants more…. Why are the police not in on this????

I think its a wonderful he is standing for MRLP.
I’ve been a friend of his for a long time and he does right….it’s a democracy after all.
I take careful note that he is being the target of mud slinging from folk on here….ooooh dear, not one of the Back-Slappers so he gets grief?

Omar Mehban of the Official Monster Raving Loony Party will go down in Rotherham’s electoral history as the first Official Monster Raving Loony Party candidate. Something rothpol finds amusing and has cheered him up no end!
How appropriate that he should stand against the Unofficial Monster Raving Loony Party candidate, the inveterate self-publicist and a real loony, Mahroof Hussain!
