As part of my unpaid community volunteer work I wish to peruse and scrutinise the papers and notes of the meetings of the Rotherham Local Strategic Partnership.
I wished to avoid the use of the Freedom of Information Act and any ridiculous spurious notional costs that RMBC may try to attribute to a citizen’s legitimate request to access statutory information.

You may imagine my disappointment, but not surprise, to discover that the latest meeting notes which are available for public scrutiny and assessment are –
Please explain why the meeting notes are more than two years out of date and where I can find the meeting notes for years 2011 and 2012 to present date. Your prompt reply and supply of information will be greatly appreciated.
