  1. I never understand why people are against immigration and multiculturalism. Europe is a good thing to create peace and prosperity and multiculturalism has made this country greater despite what some might say. I am happy to see the BNP in the election as it is a good to see how many racist people live in Rawmarsh by the number of votes counted at the ballot box.

“I never understand why people are against immigration and multiculturalism”.
If you are that blind then you probably will not notice that the BNP has a great many ethnic minority members who do understand why Multiculti has failed. It is mainly due to the invasion by Muslims and other 3rd world benefit tourists en masse coutesy of the social egineers whith their heads in the clouds. But then that is where your head must be also.

  3. BNP use a stamp for their policies as most BNP voters would never take the time to study the facts and find the truth of the matter. The words ‘socially resentful’ come to mind where those who are responding to globalised living to make a life for themselves are obviously to blame for the problems we all face locally. Fanatics and idiots are so certain of themselves 😉

  4. Hmmm, well:
So Caven believes that Rotherham is “more like a third world country”. He clearly has no understanding of what life in a third-world country is like.
UK’s per Capita Gross National Product is $37,000 , Eritrea’s is less than $800 and Eritrea is not the world’s poorest country. In fact there are over 30 countries where, if you add together their per cap. GNP it is still less than that of UK. Life in any of those countries is really really hard.
UK is a moderately rich country,.

So Caven tells us that his party, the BNP, will “cut off all immigration full stop”,yet seems to accept that 250.000 of our British people leave the UK, on average, each year.
I’m not sure what the long term consequences of this would be , but I’m not sure they would be to Caven’s liking.

    • Excellent post regular reader. The birth rate in the UK is falling therefore we can either make abortion illegal and support women financially or keep the status quo.

      • Except that I stupidly suggested that it was Caven’s election statement – when it was that of a Mr Baldwin BNP.
I just hope Caven accepts my apology.

I just hope that we don’t make abortion illegal, I’m old enough to remember what it was like when it was illegal, and the pain it caused for a few of my friends – either you could afford to go to Harley St, or if not, you went to a back street.

I HAVE NO LINKS AND NEVER HAD ANY LINKS WITH THE BNP And if he bothered to check his facts befor posting lies The story printed in the guardian and this site stating I had close links with the BNP have now been retracted and an apologie issued by the Guardian on the 3rd of may as they accepted they was no Truth in that story
And would strongly suggest he does the same

And as far as third world countries go may be he would like to get out and visit a few third world countries before commenting like I have done over the last 30 years
I would suggest visiting and walking down the streets in places like A town ship in South Africa, Lagos Nigeria, a Village inThe Congo, George town Gyana, just to name a few and he would know what I meant by Rotherham looking like a third world country

Whilst I have never been in any of the places you mention , except RSA – I have lived and worked in Ethiopia, what is now Eritrea, S. Sudan, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Algeria and in some pretty desperate parts of the Middle East, I have a pretty good idea of what the third-world looks like, and it’s grim.

… as I see below, you were there working on providing Clean Water – a good thing to work on! It makes a real difference. … and the work is not easy – people working on that are usually out in some remote area without much support, it’s hard but worthwhile work. .

No it just happens to be that most third world countries i have worked in are populated with Black People but if you bothered to check South Africa has a large white poullation and they also live in townships because poverty reaches the whites also. And before you dig yourself in any further I was their Training and helping them suport them selves and to improve their every day lives. In bringing them Clean Safe Water Payed for by British Overseas aid
What I ask is what have you done to help these people BLACK OR WHITE or got of your arse and tried to sort out our town Let me guess “NOTHING” only talk about it ??

    • “South Africa has a large white poullation “, really?
Statistics South Africa defines five racial categories by which people can classify themselves in the census. The 2011 census figures for these categories were Black African at 79.2%, White at 8.9%, Coloured at 8.9%, Indian or Asian at 2.5%, and Other/Unspecified at 0.5%. (from Wikipedia).
Yes, there are some poor whites in both Zim and RSA but I have any living in the townships.

  7. I wonder why it is that UKIP are saying what the BNP were saying ten years ago about Immigration and it’s OK but was racist when the BNP talked about it !, Also UKIP shy away from issues like Grooming gangs and it looks like a pact between the Tories and UKIP is on the cards not sure the people of Rotherham will like that.

  8. I think you will find UKIP have been saying it a lot longer than 10 years and with regard to Grooming and other issue if you read the papers and internet you will find that I have often gone to press on these subjects and have my words cherry picked and called a Racist.
And as far as I am concerned any pact with the tories is pure speculation on thier part to cover up their failings AND I WILL STATE HERE AND NOW IN PRINT THAT IF UKIP EVER DO HAVE A PACT WITH THE TORIES I WILL NOT BE A MEMBER OF UKIP I DID NOT JOIN UKIP TO BECOME A TORIE Dont take every thing you read in the paper as being true as the Guardian proved the other week trying to link me with the BNP then having to retract and apologise.

  10. Regular reader, are you old enough to remember and understand what pain has been caused to all the aborted foetuses and the effect on our population of David Steel’s 1967 Abortion Act. Perhaps we wouldn’t have needed mass immigration of aliens if they (our own people) had been allowed to live. Spare a thought for them!

This is morally and logically perverse and I do believe that money should not be given to these businesses that provide abortions but the money should be made available to support women in their time of need. Please remember that what the abortion act was intended to be was not what it is today. As a Christian and labour member you get not smoke and mirrors but what I Truely think.

Discussing politics causes enough trouble, think how much worse that would become if we bring religion into it as well!

  12. The BNP are thankfully on the wain. Sadly the EDL are not. As an individual that was not born in Rotherham I have found it’s citizens a strange mix of accepting and friendly and also hostile and insular. Sadly the latter seem to be the most vocal and in many cases physical in their actions.

There is an undercurrent of racism in Rotherham that I personally find alarming. It manifests itself in many ways. Whether it be the bar room bigot ranting (in language and a manner I would never use) or at a higher level where by political activist blame all the problems on immigration knowing they are tapping in to people’s often unfounded fears. The BNP and UKIP being the main culprits.

In my opinion UKIP are not a party of the people; they are an offshoot of the extreme right wing of the Tories. Like The Tax Payers Alliance if you dig deeper you will find a rabid Tory after Tory after Tory after Tory make up their power base at the top.

I can understand (though not totally agree) with many people who see immigration as an issue. But if UKIP and the BNP are the answer then we have asked the wrong question. By all means let’s have a debate regarding immigration policy. But in the manner UKIP and the BNP do – I think not.

If UKIP hold the balance of power in a General Election they will form a coalition with the Conservatives. As sure as eggs are eggs. That will not only be a disaster for Rotherham but the UK; apart form the bankers and fat cats that is. Any party (UKIP) that thinks the NHS should be cut further and a cleaner should pay the same flat rate tax as a millionaire are not politically neutral: they are a party of the rich. In short Tories of the worst kind.

  13. I Have visited S Africa every year for the past 8 years and I can tell you that their is a large proportion of White South africans living well below the bread line homeless and living in white townships in the JoBurgh area from what i have seen their is a large enough population of whites suffering.I am visiting again in a few months and will try and take pictures of these places.
And yes you are spot on with the work being hard and at times filled with personal danger.
It would do people good to see this in the flesh so to speak and it just may bring home to them what we have in this country and why they should go out and vote so we are rulled by the majority instead of the minority as now with election turn outs often falling below 45%
We have freedom in this country like no ware else But that freedom is being slowley eroded by apathy
I dont think our armed forces in the second world war gave their all to free Europe and the world for Europe to take over and distroy our country because that is whats slowly happening year on year and if we do nothing to stop it we will not have a country. We are a small island we do not have a Empire proping us up any more we cannot afford to keep letting all and sundry in to the country the welfare state, the NHS, The education and housing have to be paid for by our taxes. We are now struggling to provide for our old people the ones who gave and worked to give us what we have today We cant fix our roads, we are cutting our armed forces to a point whare we will struggle to defend our selves Ect Ect.
So when People like me make a stand up and try to do something about it we are called racist, I am not a racist just some one who can see whats happening and is trying to do some thing about it before it is too late and their is no country, No NHS, No schools for our Grandchildren because we are abancrupt third world country.
Now suddenly in the last two weeks many of them governmant and labour are saying we need to get out of Europe why now I ask is it because they have had a wake up call and realise that us Clowns and fruit cakes at UKIP are talking common sense ???

    • Caven,
I’ve dug around, and yes there are whites living in relative poverty in South Africa.
There is a great photographer’s collection of pictures here: http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2010/07/poverty_within_white_south_afr.html

I am having difficulty finding any good comparative stats on poverty levels, but wikipedia says:
Some 17.9% of Black Africans have running water inside their dwelling, 51.7% have running water on their property, and 80.2% have access to running water.
      Whilst:
Some 87.2% of White have running water inside their dwelling, 95.6% have running water on their property, and 99.4% have access to running water.

So you still have some work to do 🙂 Good luck!

When you say that “We have freedom in this country like no ware else ” what do you mean by that?
In what way are we more free than, for example, the Danes or the Dutch or the Finns or even the Swiss? They are all far more egalitarian societies than ours in my experience.

  14. From Caven – I dont think our armed forces in the second world war gave their all to free Europe and the world for Europe to take over and distroy our country because that is whats slowly happening year on year and if we do nothing to stop it we will not have a country.

Sorry I have to disagree – actually quite a lot of countries fought in the 2nd World War against fascism. France, Belgium, Holland etc, (get it Europe), Poland, many of the former Warsaw Pact (Romania / Bulgaria included), Pakistan (okay it was formed later but get my drift),the Anzacs, Christians,Muslims, people of many faiths, even many Germans (waiting for the knock on the door at midnight) and many more. Millions of none Brits lost their lives, were slaughtered in concentration camps, fought in armies and the resistance and more. They joined together foe the common good; the common cause. The people of the world. So did my Dad, Uncles and lot’s of family. They wouldn’t have given UKIP a second glance with this sort of rant . Indeed they would have actually decried such rhetoric and fought against it (peacefully this time) tooth and claw.

If I recall my family (and many more) fought for freedom, a new future without prejudice and fear of the oppression and stigmatization because of your race, religion or place of birth. They fought against a world where you could not be targeted and victimized because of the country of your birth or background. They fought for a better world of cooperation not division. They fought for the future of Europe and the world. For US ALL!

Britain didn’t win the War; Britain didn’t defeat Nazi Germany; Britain stood shoulder to shoulder with people’s of all races, varying politcal allegiances and creeds. Let’s not rewrite history. UKIP may wish to do so but hey ho – if you want to believe good old Blighty defeated Hitler alone well do so. The rest of us will just think differently. More tea vicar – fancy a game of cricket.

God help the historical textbooks if UKIP gain power; they will be almost Micheal Gove – esque in their simplistic representations of facts and events. No realistic assessment of real history just Kings and Queens and cabbages so to speak.

I don’t think your a racist Caven; just a little carried away.

All the nations and people you mention above all had one thing in common they did it for their country and all Im saying is we need to do that now before we havnt got a country Sorry but we just cant afford it we cant keep on filling the country with people comming here soly for state hand outs when they have a perfectly good country to live in
We allowed and rightly so people who was oppressed in Iraq When sadam was their But Tony Blair sent our troops their (with out the equipment needed i might add) to rid the country of this threat which has now been acheived at the loss of British Lives So why are these People still here surly they should be going back to build their country again and reinstate it their lives are no longer in danger But no they stay here cos they get Free Health Care, Free Schools, Free Housing,Ect.
And yes their is people we should give shelter to Such as the Afgan Interpreters thair lives will be in danger when we pull out and they risked their lives to help our troops in the battle against the Taliban in doing so helped protect our home land from terror
And you dont have to tell me of the cost to other nations at the hands of the Germans.
Iv been to Belson, and seen for my self the mass grave’s
And yes you are right our fathers would not give UKIP a look in at the time sam as I would not have 30Years ago But then we was all brian washed by Labour and we didnt have an alternative but now we have and many people are using that alternative and seeing common sence WE JUST CANT CARRY ON WE CANNOT AFFORD TO
We are an Island and need to have the means to defend our selve’s Proved in history many many times But This Government and Labour say we cant afford it so we cut our armed forces to a point we cant defend our selves.
We are a Laughing stock We have aircraft a carrier with no Aircraft. we have a Navy with very few ships, We have a Airforce with fewer and fewer Planes, We have a Army with the threat of redundacy hanging over them How can you ask some one to go and risk their live’s and say when you get home their might not be a job for you cos we cant afford it and we cant give you a house to live in but thanks any way all be cos we cant afford to cos we are having to look after social immigrants that pass through 3 and 4 countries to get here because we will give them Free House’s, Free Schooling, Free Health Care, Free Bennifits and also pay them for family they left back home
But well done Lads and Lasses thanks for giving your all on the Battlefield and paying your taxes now get to the back of the que cos we CANT AFFORD IT we are wasting your taxes on other countries while our,s goes don the pan

  17. I don’t understand all this nonsense about UKIP being a racist party, at the moment we have unrestricted movement within Europe mainly White Europeans but are restricting other Immigration to reduce the total numbers, India, Africa, Sri Lanka non white countries. UKIP believe these countries should all be on an equal footing, only the overall figure should be controlled, as in Australia on a points based system not a pro white European system that exists at the moment. Pointing the finger and shouting racist just makes you look ignorant to the facts and are unable to come up with any sensible argument, you may as well poke your tongue out and call me fattie.

If a UKIP member is found to be or have been a member of either BNP or EDL then they are immediately expelled, you are asked on joining if you have any connections and refused membership if you have, this is not the case in the other political parties. But not us, WE DO NOT DO RACISM.
