The attitude at the heart of the issue?

From MailOnline:

Mother of Oxford grooming sex gang pair blames their VICTIMS

She says schoolgirls ‘should have been playing with toys’

The mother of two members of the Oxford child sex abuse gang has blamed the schoolgirls for the ordeal they suffered, saying ‘they were having sex at the age of ten instead of playing with toys’.

She defended her sons – Akhtar, 32, and Anjum Dogar, 31 – and claimed they were innocent after they were found guilty of a catalogue of vile offences last week.

Mrs Dogar, believed to be called Bashira, accused the police, social services and the girls themselves of being complicit in creating Britain’s ‘grooming culture’. Read on….

      • but not many other papers would build such a non-story out of door-stepping the mother of two of those that had been found guilty.

      • I could have been wrong.
It mY simply that the Mail bought the picture of the mother at the door step. … and picked up the text from the Daily Star website.

  1. Mrs. Dogar’s comments are abusive and hurtful to the children who suffered at the hands of her sons. I doubt she make the same comments if her children had been abused by men as evil as her offspring unless of course she condones their depraved behaviour as ‘normal’ in her family’s culture?

Which newspaper do you think does not have ‘it’s own well known agenda.’?

  2. She is SO wrong
If you see someone sinking in the mire you don’t put your foot on their head and push them further under. Probably it’s the guilt about her own palpable failure to instil values in her own children that is speaking louder than sense, here

  3. This bitch should be kicked out of the Country immediately. No if’s, not but’s, she obviously believes that her sons were entitled to commit such dreadful crimes against these vulnerable young girls. You have to ask the question if this is a cultural thing!

      • You make a good point lectrospin. No one in this Country is allowed to express their views because of people like you who have inflicted this so called multi-culturalism on us all without any democratic mandate. As has been pointed out, Islam will always be in conflict with Western democracy yet it is allowed to flourish in Britain to the detriment of the democratic system.

  4. The problem for most people is that they have not researched Islam and do not understand it. They think that it is a religion just like other religions. It is a political ideology. This woman thinks that there is nothing wrong in what she has said, just as her sons do not think that they have done anything wrong and show no remorse.

Until you research Islam, you will no understand it. It is incompatible with Western democracy and our way of lives.

    • Of course it is! Which is perhaps why my grandparents and parents managed to integrate into British society despite the fact that they’re Muslims. And why’s that? Because, like me they don’t believing in shoving religion down other people’s throats.
Your comment “Islam is incompatible with Western democracy” makes me howl with laughter. You know do you? Have you been a British Muslim? No? I have and even though this may be hard for you to comprehend, I’ve managed to be both for 21 years!!!! Incredible, eh?
