This is how they work there relatives Cllr Hussain and Cllr Ali have good contacts with BBC AND PRESS.
They know exactly whereabouts of press will be and they inform the above to walk up and down the street and approach the press to give statements on behalf of community.
All the above are either qualified or studying to become lawyers, solicitors and barristers.

With referance to the racist remarks the above walk around with few British white youths and as soon as they see press and they split up once the cameras are rolling these white youths hurl racist abuse.
After the filming is done these white youths get treat to Vakas and Mubheen father fast food Sabirs Diner on westgate and free taxi home by Fast Fours.
These guys deserve an Oscar for acting.
The media needs to talk to the real victims not these actors.
Why didnt the BCC report this incident to Police after all they would have been recording live and got the white youths on camera?

In fact the BBC are not actually funded by the EU, they simply got paid for some work they did on development projects in the Middle East that were funded by the EU.

Yffar, whether it’s 6 million or 6 billion, the point is, by taking this money, they can no longer offer an unbiased opinion.

Thank you for confirming this. Looking up the Directorships of Saghir and his family at Companies makes obvious family and biraderi/clan links. There was a company registered at Saghir’s home dress with Arshid and other relatives/clan as members. Perhaps such links and clear conflict of interests as well as private companies set up to run parallel to supposed charities, with common trustees and directors be subject of an article on its own in the near future.

I have a good job and fantastic social life which doesn’t involve having sex with underage girls. That’s because l was brought up in the traditional way of respecting all people. There is no excuse for racial intimidation. The perpetrators don’t need an excuse’ They are simply racists.Nothing more nothing less.
Personally I will fight to expose the CSE scandal in any way I can; but I will also fight to expose the racist who try to exploit the issue.
A little thing to note. The vast majority of abusers I have dealt with over the years have been white, English and aged between 17 – 55. They usually have had good jobs and are seemingly respectable family MEN. Indeed most of the victims have been related to them in some way. Does that make everyone who falls within these categories an abuser. No it doesn’t.
CSE is an abuse of power; it happens – and will continue happening within every community. By all means drag every abuser in this scandal before the courts and make them pay. But if you think CSE is only related to one section of the community and rely on concentrating on that section I’m afraid you will be not only letting a lot of future victims down, but also helping to hide the problem.

Yes there are many types of abusers, lone males being the largest group that is and has never been disputed here. The model that has been exposed in Rochdale, Rotherham, Oxford etc… is a distinct model of CSE that involves groups of men of Pakistani origin. The longer people avoid facing up to this fact the problem will never be stopped. Alexis Jay is no racist and she clearly identified this model of CSE being responsible for the majority of the appalling crimes in our town. If tensions are to be calmed then the Pakistani community need to ‘out’ those responsible for the abuse and those community leaders who allegedly helped cover it up or avoided dealing with the problem head on.

Not only the BBC the whole community has been conned by this minority of individuals of Pakistani origin.
When you sit back and reflect on what the Jay report is telling those that take the time to listen is that there is within Rotherham a cohort of individuals involved in the fast food take away and taxi economy that are involved in the systematic abuse of children.
Factor in the Cllr`s of Pakistani origin, police officers of Pakistani origin and you can see why the abuse took place.
I may well have missed a Pakistani community leader naming and shaming one of their own, until they do then they should all hang their heads in shame.

SYP, RMBC and Social Services had legal responsibilities and duties as Organisations/institutions in terms of duty of care which they failed in, were negligent and reckless as well some members allegedly colluded with and covered up the CSE. Investigation and the Jay report shows abject failures by these Insitutions and the people leading them.
The Pakistani community is not an institution with legal responsibilities. Majority of the perpetrators of grooming and abuse came from this community but the rest of the community are innocent and not responsible for the actions of these peadophiles nor did they sanction or endorse their evil deeds. On the other hand failures and inactions of the officers, officials, Professionals from SYP, RMBC and Social Services tarnish the Organisations and bring them into disrepute. They are vicariously liable for their employees.
Proper Checks and procedures in these organisations should have exposed the failures and the wrong doing and put a stop to the abuse and CSE rather than cover ups and allowing the CSE to continue for so long. It is right a number have been suspended and will face criminal investigations.
So all the Pakistani community is not responsible.

Sorry to drag this old thread but was forwarded it after looking at another topic and yes, the inclusion of some of these characters, namely Arfan and Wajid, make BMY an unappealing entity to volunteer your time for. Arfan seems to be working as a solicitor (maybe will come in handy if any family member is in the dock any time soon) and Wajid, well, can only describe him as a guy who ‘gives it large’ (slang for boasts and talks too much) and does little. Where were these two and BMY volunteering in the community that they purport to represent before BMY? Nothing. It’s just an opportunity to latch onto Muhbeen’s organisation, look respectable by having an undeserved opportunity to speak at marches, and media chances. Muhbeen would be better ditching these guys for other people who might be more deserving to make a contribution.
