From the Advertiser:
Balloons represent cuts in Rotherham
ANTI-cuts candidate Pat McLaughlin will release 120 balloons in Rotherham town centre — each representing £1 billion of unpaid UK corporate tax.

He should get some more balloons. If he released 550 balloons each representing £1billion, it would add up to the amount of public sector debt that the last Labour Government created for us.
(From £352billion in 1997 to £902billlon in 2010)
The reason the cuts are needed is because of Labour’s spend spend spend mentality and ‘it doesn’t matter how much debt we create, we’ll leave it for someone else to sort out’ attitude.
Sound familiar to anyone in Anston?
