The majority of Taxi trade is for the Asians…..true.
But the secret is that Maroof and his cousins own most of the Taxi firms, with the exception of A1 and some other on Dalton Lane. The same people that are related to Bostan Brothers and Councillor Shokat.
Now the crack is that they have been ejected from the council but their comrades, friends/family have taken their seats. Now for example Councillors Taiba Hussain Father , who is the leader of the Asian Taxi driver is a very very close friend of Councillor Jhangir. He has said that many many times and had full access to Councillor Jhangir to get through various planning applications for Local mosques. He said it in mosque how close he was
Now the people that own the taxi trade and making money of the back of these Asian who are trying to fund a living don’t want to come into public eye, but instead they will use their friends such as Taiba Hussain and her father and whoever else they got in place.
Again the problem is not with the council. the problem is with the people of Rotherham that vote these people in knowingly… having full knowledge of the situation people still vote these people in.
Now on the case of Asians hiding info in regards to CSE cases, I don;t think that can be true for many as the perpetrators probably did things out of sight….I understand most Asians are scared of elder Asians in the community and do a lot of stuff under the radar.
Further these very same people that run the taxi trade and related very closely to Bostan and Maroof also control the drug trade in Eastwood and Wellgate. Anyone else tries it, will know what will happen although I understand they have started recruiting from outside close family…hence the young kids flying in expensive cars around Rotherham.
CCTV must be a must in Public transport and not just any CCTV. Good quality that works. But knowing our council, mostly they will find the cheapest version possible with the maximum cost. And I bet those that would be running the CCTV will be related to one of the councillors, most likely an Asian Councillor. All well corrupted I say

Andy I apologise to you if you find this Garbage. As a member of the community I can ensure you what I have spoken is absolutely the truth. I’m not being biased because the situation seems to be driven by one community. I’m only referring to the people that are pulling strings to control the community and Rotherham Borough Council.

The first generation of elders do have some influence in their children (second generation).
The second generation of parents do have some fear but not a lot and their children the third generation have no fear of any at all that is why so much is happening in the Asian community.
Only what I have been told would some one from the community like to shed soon light on this.
I agree that those that shout the most have a lot to lose, anyone with any sense considering what has happened with CSE would welcome the idea of CCTV in cabs.
The operators should be promoting the idea so they are clean as a whistle and prove the point that there is an issue and they would do what needs to be done to safeguard their passengers.

The “Pakistani-heritage community” ( ‘Asian’ incorporates others from Souit Asia and is too general ) have themselves to blame for allwing intimidation and nepotism to take place. that is why they are largely treated with contempt by everyone outside ther “community” and why they are marginalised , although actually they want to live separately from the rest of society.
No one cares in the least what happens to the Pakistani-heritage taxi drivers. veryone watches them whinge away like the Pakistaini community always do with their victim mentality.
They brought it upon themselves by KNOWINGLY allowing CSE to exist and did nothing , because the victims weren’t of their “community” .

As for the new generatyion of drug dealers , reportedly driving around in flash cars without the meaningful employment to support it – their days are numbered as well. Zero tolerance policing is coming to Rotherham – the media is watching the South Yorkshire Police, and they are virtually dead men walking as far as the Home Office is concerned.

They’ve brought it all on themselves through having no intention of integrating, well now we’re watching. I dont think the CSE is a Pakistani problem that they allowed to exist. I do think a lot of Pakistani were and are involved. But the problem really lies with foremost, the police, the council and the social services and to some extent parents/guardians of those innocent victims. Surely I as a Pakistani cant be responsible for someone else committing a crime, especially if I don’t even know. That would be silly. For those that tried to hide the abuse such as Councillor Akhtar and Maroof/Shokat are the most guilty and should be treated equally as perpetrators.

I beg to differ with the previous comments that CSE isn’t a Pakistani problem , all the evidence is conclusive that they are the main culprits in this disgusting crime. It’s their inability to realise the gravity of these heinious behaviour that has tarnished their community and culture. Blaming the parents is a new low, as the Casey and Jay reports stated, the victims were control to such an extent , even their own parents couldn’t do anything to stop them.
Take responiability for your wrongs and start doing something about building a new relationship with the whole of the Rotherham community, based on respect of other cultures and especially their children. Look deeply within your race and admit you have a serious problem.

So you would agree that 1000 of children that get abused and have been abused in the past by white people is a British problem. So do you recognise and take responsibility for them. I think the white community therefore as a lot bigger problems that it needs to resolve before asking the Pakistani community to sort its own criminals out.
Look the truth is a criminal is a criminal and should be dealt by the law. I think we all need to stop blaming once community because if we started to do this then likely the white community has major issues.

Even being alone with the opposite sex that is not related would need a Chaperon. Most certainly these abusers did something wrong. A lot of wrong. and some major powers in the councils knew and did nothing. Some were but majority of those in the jobs were not Pakistani. Hence i still say its not a Pakistani problem but an overall problem for our society which we would not like in our society at all. To pick on one community or say that a religion allows it when it doesn’t is just spreading hate. And this problem of abuse can never be sorted out by the Pakistani community. It can only be sorted on the road to recovery through police, law, Council and social services. That is so so true. Why is everything to do with bullying in Rotherham. Rotherham council needs to stand up and make the right decision based on, I believe, on the protection of general public, including the drivers themselves and children.

The person who is attempting to defend the indefensible, seems as many who has taken a position of wilful ignorance , by lumping all forms of abuse together, that this abuse in Rotherham, was systematic, deliberate and racists in its nature.
We are all aware of abuse in the family, groups of sick men, preying on the innocent, but their acts were random and indiscriminate in its nature. It didn’t sort out a particularly victims by their ethnicity or age. What happen in Rotherham was exactly by race and age. Girls non Pakistani and non Muslim. It seems they deem these girls as unworthy and available for sickening crimes.
Your absolutely right, a criminal is a criminal, hence the vast majority of decent people In Rotherham, do not understand why the Pakistani communtiy were unaware of what was going on, even worse did absolutely nothing to alert the aurthorities and even tried to stop this unspeakable evil.

I don’t think they systematically looked for one race. I think, may be wrong, it was what was available at the time, the access they had to these innocent victims. I don’t think they went around saying yes she needs to be white in colour and around about 12….I don’t think thats how it went down. The abuse was systematic and deliberate but not racist I don’t think.
Are you aware of what is happening in your community. From the reports its been made pretty pretty clear, the Social services, the council and the Police had some knowledge of this happening, in some cases back as in 1990’s….I would say they knew before the community did. I certainly did not know of this before the Police and the social services did.
I am not defending the Pakistanis. I’m defending the whole Rotherham Community who in the majority had nothing to do with CSE but bear responsibility. I’m not going to attack one community cos of some idiots.It just doesn’t make sense to me. Its easy to say the pakistani community had knowledge of this, but from a factual point of view, the social services, the council and the police had full knowledge. I think Pakistani community had least of the knowledge. I bet most parents of those criminals did not know what their sons/daughters were up to. But the council surely did. so did the police. what did they do?

I feel many pakistani taxi drivers were in the dark about cse as much as the wider community was. It’s a question of criminality. Why would any one advertise that they are a pedophile ? …They wouln’t. The only people who knows some one is a paedophile is his friends who probably are paedos too There have been suggestions it is cultural or Islam condones it. Utter rubbish. The Pakistani community at large finds it abhorent. That said I feel the protesting minority are selfish and need to consider what Rotherham people need and rightly deserve …..A 21st century licensing regime. After cse, our response as responsible decent prople, can only be to do our utmost to protect our children from further harm. The protesters should accept the proposals put forward by Commissioner Ney and start thinking about our children and to not focus on their pocket.

Anonymous, why won’t you admit this is a Pakistani cultural problem? There is absolutely no doubt these abusers specifically chose and targeted girls of a non-Islamic culture, why, because if they were of their own culture the girls have to be chaperoned and therefore not accessable as you have said earlier. If you made the excuse that the reason white girls were targeted is because Pakistani girls are never left alone to be able to make contact with these perpetrators, I could accept this BUT, I’m afraid the reason this filth targeted white girls is because it is part of their culture to abuse anyone who is non-Islamic.
It is all down to culture, the Pakistani culture which will NEVER integrate in this country because it is so much at odds with the British culture, which, in my opinion you must embrace and accept. Alternatively, LEAVE THIS COUNTRY and go and live in an Islamic State. Oh, I forgot, you don’t like Islamic States do you, that is why you are here!!

Some is true but all perpetrators were and are not Pakistanis. I do know most were but not all. Those that should be punished are the criminals and those that hid these crimes like the council and police. I think “islamic defence” smacks of EDL mentality. No right thinking person whatever their religion would accept it is ok to target and abuse kids. Only low life scum and we have enough of them in white so called Christian society. Judaic texts (eg kebuthoth 11) actually excuse child abuse but no one, rightly so, mentions that fr fear of being called racist and most modern day jews do not follow this consigning it to history in its historical context.

What good reason have they got to not have cctv? Surely it only protects them as well? Or are they all worried that they will get caught doing things they shouldn’t be doing, like over charging, dealing drugs, rape and of course child grooming but we can’t say that can we otherwise we are all racist.
