Mushin Ahmed death: Family tell of Rotherham community support

Relatives of a man who died in an attack say the community has “come together” to support the family.

Mushin Ahmed, 81, was attacked off Fitzwilliam Road, Rotherham, on 10 August.

Two men from the town have been charged with murder and remanded in custody.

In a statement after Mr Ahmed’s funeral on Friday his family said he was a gentle man who would have wanted “something positive to come out of our grief”.
