    • That’s where the current head of Children’s Services was brought from, Ian Thomas. It was also where the Head of the Children Care Homes comes from too. Obviously there’s no talents in the Yorskhire area or they might have offer the job to one of the 3 bums, who legged it from Rotherham to Doncaster.

    • We should’ve listen to our parents, when they were pleading with us to get our heads down and into books. Would’ve had all these BS qualifications and a fabulous salary and an ever better pension for screwing up. Damn life’s a bitch.

  1. It’s true no matter what qualifications you have it needs practical application this is just another ploy by rmbc to make themselves look good what is needed also is the sitting councillors who still deny anything happened to stand down we want the truth

  2. Time to come clean

When are we going to get all those engaged in the cse brought to justice?

When will those in police, councillors and officers be held to account?

when will our MPs admit they knew about the cse from police, colleague cllrs and officers and were engaged in the coverup from their constituents?

  3. No commentator here seems to have checked who this lady actually is, or understand the role of chairpersons.
Fact is, she is in her 60’s, an highly experienced retired senior professional. The chairmanship role she is taking on for RMBC will take up just a few days a month max. If it is like her previous role in Derbyshire, she will not he salaried, but just paid a fee. Pin money.
    She lives in Loughboro.
