Nigel Farage and his ‘ex-mistress’ are dragged into Ukip leadership farce over claims he regarded his successor Diane James as ‘an utter b****’
- Abuse towards James contained in leaked email sent by Annabelle Fuller
- Fuller was once named in the European Parliament as Farage’s mistress
- She now works for Mike Hookem who’s accused of hitting Steven Woolfe
- The email was sent as James was standing for Ukip in by-election in 2013
Nigel Farage and his alleged ex ‘mistress’ were dragged into the Ukip leadership farce last night over claims that he regarded his successor, MEP Diane James, as ‘an utter bitch’.
The abuse is contained in a leaked email sent by Annabelle Fuller, who was once named in the European Parliament as Farage’s mistress.
She now works for Mike Hookem, the Ukip MEP accused of hitting party leadership favourite Steven Woolfe last week in Strasbourg.
Insider information indicates she works for Hookem and Collins at Wallingford Lodge and is paid 18k pa (Sorry typo, Rik) as EU Parliamentary PA. I also understand she is no ‘ex’, but very ‘current’!
Ukip MEP WAS punched: Doctors say Steven Woolfe’s injuries prove he ‘was attacked and suffered more than just a seizure or a fall’
A medical assessment of Ukip leadership hopeful Steven Woolfe (in hospital, left) has revealed he was punched before a seizure caused him to fall and hit his head. Sources have told the MailOnline that an examination of the MEP shows bruising on his face consistent with a punch, with contusions on the back of his head suggesting it hit the floor following his fall (shown right). The revelation comes after fellow Ukip MEP Mike Hookem denied claims that he punched Mr Woolfe (pictured together, top inset) during an astonishing row. The punch-up row took a bizarre turn yesterday, when Mike Hookem released a photograph of his hands (bottom inset) to ‘prove’ that he did not hit his fellow MEP.
