Voluntary Action Rotherham advertise a well paid post at RMBC that does not appear on RMBC’s own website so keeping council staff in the dark – except for the one or two prompted to go for it.
The ad says people with a BME background are under represented but a look around the council show this is not the case with a top heavy representation in this area and supposedly looking at this kind of work. Sir Derek is hardly out of his £800 a day chair and the old ways are already resurfacing.
It took me less than a minute to find the advertisement on the RMBC job site.
Your remark regarding people “with a BME background” is a highly selective misquoting of what is actually written.
