Police operation to tackle child sexual exploitation in Dewsbury

Police in Dewsbury are launching a four-day operation to tackle crimes including child sexual exploitation in the town.

The operation will be launched on Tuesday July 25 and will run until Friday 28 in Dewsbury town centre.

There will be high visibility patrols with police officers and partner agencies including Social Services, Barnardos, youth engagement workers, sexual health workers, alcohol abuse workers, mental health nurses, fines warrant officer, in and around Dewsbury town centre aiming to tackle crime, CSE and anti-social behaviour.
