Cambridge University Diversity Officer Under Investigation After Anti-White Racist Rant

Jason Osamede Okundaye, Ethnic Minorities Officer for Pembroke College at the University of Cambridge, is being investigated after cheering on violent ‘Black Lives Matter’ rioters in an extraordinary anti-white online rant.

“ALL whites people are racist,” tweeted the Cambridge Ethnic Minorities Officer, as rioters protesting the death of alleged drug dealer Rashan Jermaine Charles attacked police and members of the public in Dalston, East London.

“White middle class, white working class, white men, white women, white gays, white children they can ALL geddit [get it],” he declared.

‘All whites are racist’ scandal at Cambridge

Cambridge University is investigating remarks by the head of an equality group who claimed “all white people are racist” and praised protesters who clashed violently with police.

Jason Osamede Okundaye, 20, who runs the university students’ Black and Minority Ethnic Campaign, posted the comment on Twitter on Friday night after protests over the death of Rashan Charles turned violent and police were attacked in London.

Tweets from his account encouraged the protesters and claimed that white people had “colonised” the Dalston neighbourhood of east London. Police are also investigating his remarks.

    • Abusing folk is probably not going to do much good.

If you can’t see the point he was trying to make, maybe he should make it a lot harder.

      • All lives matter….Babies in in the womb matter. Old ( and considered obsolete peoples) lives matter. I guess that’s why Christ impressed on humanity to love our neighbor as ourselves. Generally speaking people are prone to prejudice of every kind. Trouble is…. we don’t notice it in ourselves..
There seems to be a veiled threat in your last post Paddy….. nasty.

        • Hello Linda

I’m really sorry you see it like that but its wholly wrong.

If you want to get in to a debate about the white man and their wrong doing then you’ll losr, I assure you of that, although there doesn’t really need to be a debate as a film is coming out about it soon so do you wanna just hang fire for that?

I’m lost as to where the veiled threat is? People being verbal in their opinions about racism can’t be considered a threat…ever.

          Carry on.

  1. Hi Paddy, The veiled threat is the last sentence ” If you can’t see the point he was trying to make , maybe he should make it a ‘lot’ harder” What other harder way would you suggest ?
I like to listen to Ben Shapiro on’ black lives matter’…. Generally Paddy he doesn’t lose the debate. He is an orthodox Jew ( easily identified by his daily wearing of his skull cap) and knows personally what persecution is. Grandparents ashes somewhere in concentration camp in Germany/Poland.. ….He has also been identified by some as the most hated Jew in America….
He is a master debater on all current societal current topics.
    Good to debate you….

    • There was no veiled threat. If you are suggesting that by me saying someone should make a verbal point in a harder way is a “threat” then I’m simply amazed.

      • Hi Paddy, I said . a ‘ veiled’ threat , which does leave people with the question ” what the hell does that mean”… I accept that was not your intention… you seem a decent bloke.

  2. To say “All white people…”. Is to stereotype on the basis of ethnic origins, is racist!
These views simple have to be opposed, not appeased, not debated. We have been here before and ought not repeat too many follies.

  3. To debate the terms of debate need to be understood.
Please define DNA haplotype(s) the fit with the loose term “white”!
Please justify the blanket accusation against all ” white” people.
Are only “white” people guilty including new born babies? How about UK pow torture and deaths at the hands of the Japanese.
How about mass slaughter in East Timor by a mainly Javanese Indonesian army?
What about the Moorish conquest and occupation of Iberia?
How about Chinese occupation of Tibet?
How about Turkish occupation of the Levant and the Balkans where most peoples share common haplotypes. That is they differed in memes much more than in genes?
It seems to me some racists are given a free pass for their racism while others are not, this it seems is permitted along racial lines
Can white foetuses be classified as racist or do they have a Minsky type moment when the midwife slaps their arses?
    Frankly this subject is nonsense!

  4. I agree with your post Poetmorgan… Very well put…. However I wish the subject in discussion were just ‘nonsense’ but I believe there is something far more sinister going on in society and this discussion is part of something bigger and very dangerous . Absurdity has become very fashionable . I worry for the minds of my grandchildren’s generation who , in their naivety, think it kind to accept everybody’s point of view no matter how ridiculous. They confuse discernment and thinking objectively for ( you guessed it ) judgementalism… Another ism to add to the ever increasing ‘isms’….Usually reserved for white conservatives.

    • Hi Rev….Nice to see you back… Enjoy your posts.
The calm face of the young preacher being vilified by a young woman with red hair says it all for me.
LGBTQ folk ( like the rest of us ) have the privledge of living in a tolerant British democracy. . The demands for Sharia law is on the rise in the west and they look on all this with interest…..

      • Thanks Linda – I suspect, sadly, that the left also write off those of us who warn against the spreading influence of Sharia as islamophobic bigots. (To go with all our other “bigotries” aka reasoned defence of truth and virtue, based on Christian values) Sadly, when the civic rights of gay people and women in general start to be eroded, they will see their error in not being true to their own liberal virtues and in listening to reason. However, I fear we are a nation that has thrown reason in the waste bin a long time ago.
