Total lack of enforcement by this council, many residents have endured the harassment by these people for years, sleepless nights, fly tipping, ect ect yet there called rasists for saying who’s causing all this thabks to liberal minded prats who have never stepped foot here

I quite accept that there are inter-racial tensions in Eastwood and that positive action from RMBC is essential, and currently nonexistent.

A young Romanian girl was telling residents there’s a gang/village battle going, two groups fighting for who boss, the main guy who was involved who is said to be into everything want to be boss, who ever wins will then create his gang based on crime and intimidation, even one officer said and I quote ” if we arrest anyone here tonight every window in Eastwood will go through is that what you want” in other words police are scared to arrest them

Hahahaha that’s the worst bull story that I’ve ever heard. The clown even included quotes from eye witness. Every window in eastwood will be put through, that would take days!! There are 0 Romanians living in eastwood. They are Slovaks gypsies. They are not into everything. Only thing they are into is taking crack or drinking vodka from the bottle.

Anyone who visits the Leisure Centre regularly will have witnessed almost daily police cars and vans attending incidents in which these ethnics are involved. Theresa May (bless her, what a wonderful Home Secretary she was) has said that as well as these people being allowed to stay here in perpetuity they can now bring in family members! Crime levels are rising alarmingly and for me to suggest that they have any responsibility for this will no doubt attract comments that I’m a Nazi.
Atkins said Councillor Turner was being abusive and divisive by his remarks. It’s the indigenous people who are being abused and our country that these unwelcome people are in that is being fractured. How many mosques are there in Swinton?

Years ago I lived in Eastwood, it was a lovely place to live, since the European immigrants have taken over, the social housing in that area, it has become the equivalent to the bronx, fly tipping, excess noise, stealing and other law breaking issues, majority of them do not work or put back into the system, they are ignorant and very rude, they do not want to get involved with other people, other than their own nationalities, it was inevitable that eventually trouble would stir……

Will the original poster go to the next full Council meeting to ask a question to Cllr Hoddinott re this or any other Eastwood related matter? The follow up question can be about whether she has failed and should resign – yes please Emma go

With the past and ongoing trouble in Eastwood, have any of thee licences been revoked, and if not why not? As for the police to saying if we arrest any of them the windows of the other occupants will go in is a scandalous dereliction of duty and if it’s allowed to pervade will mean we will end up having a police no-go ghetto!

Anyone seen the most sque on Milton road, large sign put saying ” there is no god besides Allah ” police have said its a religious worded crime intended to incited trouble, hence a crime number, as new converted building this sign would have to part of plans. Who’s passed it in council? And which inspector signed off on it without flagging it, if police deemed it a crime why are council over looking it

Isn’t is strange that RMBC can borrow £millions to ‘rejuvenate’ the town centre but can never find enough money to demolish the slums in Eastwood and drive out the thugs?
Read’s much vaunted ‘Fresh Start’ for Rotherham never included cleaning up Eastwood and Hoddinott’s ‘Reclaim the Night’ is just a soundbite.
We have been and are being failed dismally by well paid Council Leaders and Councillors who cannot be trusted to protect our interests and our money.
