Does the person Lynda.Donaldson@rotherham.gov.uk actually exist in reality or is he/she/it/they another figment of political imagination which floats around the junketing corridors down at Town Hall Towers just picking up their more than Sheffield City Councillor expenses and doing naff-all in return?
