What is known about Gerald Smith:

In 2005 RMBC delegated responsibility by establishing the “arms-length” company Rotherham Renaissance Ltd with the intention of sidestepping democracy.

Cllr.Roger Stone OBE and Cllr.Gerald Smith are both Directors of Rotherham Renaissance.
