  1. Have the parents of these violated children been informed their children have been violated and continue to be due to internet circulation use by vile people. Do the parents know this man’s address… I suspect he could be in more danger out of jail than in it….May he always be looking over his shoulder. I hope his wife and children have a better future somewhere else…

    • My deepest worry is the access to primary school children he has had over 20 + years as teacher. It appears he has been supplementing his creative film work with supply teaching,

  2. He went on to SYP’s FB and explained his actions which, of course, provoked an entire boat load of reaction.

Totally not acceptable for him to have done so.

    It already has been.

See article ‘Man with 145 Child Porn Images Avoids Jail’ posted on 30 November 2017.

As Rosling was arrested by SYP in May 2016 can we correctly assume that he was being investigated during his time as a Rotherham Labour councillor for Silverwood?

      I doubt it.
I don’t recall seeing or hearing any investigation initiated by Chris Read or the Labour party because Rosling’s lowlife actions stayed under the radar.
The Labour party in Rotherham has adopted the mantra of the Three Wise Monkeys.

My reference to him being investigated was to do with SYP.

There would have been evidence collection and analysis before an arrest was made In May 2016.

The inference is that this would have happened whilst he was Silverwood Labour Councillor 2015/16

          I take your point.
It is very, very difficult to believe that a man (?) who viewed and stored child pornography on his computer could not have at some point either by his actions or something he may have said, remained under the radar and went unnoticed.
The CSE scandal in Rotherham highlighted a degree of co-operation and/or knowledge shared between certain police officers and certain councillors.( You know who you are)

Still no cries of outrage and condemnation from the Labour party. 😦

  4. We talk about keeping children safe and every child matters in Rotherham and South Yorkshire but does the justice system really care about children? Disgusting from the powers that be including the Labour Party.

Rosling has had access to primary and secondary schools across the borough whilst being a teacher st Sunnyside Priamry school.

Including The Labour government’s ‘Gifted and Talented’ strategy to schools and funding. For him to use resources from this initiative he will have had to have permissions from RMBC and the schools themselves.
