A PERVERT who carried out a string of “prolific and incredibly shocking” sex crimes in Rotherham has been jailed for nine years.
Corie Adams, 18, admitted abusing seven teenage girls between January 2015 and early 2016.
Police were alerted after a concerned member of the public reported Adams for possible involvement in child sex abuse.
Speaking after the sentence, Detective Inspector John Fitzgibbons said his sentence reflected the “gravity of his crimes”.

A TEENAGER who sexually abused seven girls aged between 12 and 14 has been jailed for nine years.
Corie Adams (18) was sentenced at Sheffield Crown Court this morning (Friday) after admitting 17 sexual offences, which he carried out when he was aged between 16 and 18.
His offences included two counts of sexual activity with a child, three counts of causing a child to engage in sexual activity, four counts of inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and two counts of causing a child to watch a sexual act.

Corie Adams, aged 18, from Maltby, was sentenced after admitting offences including rape, grooming, sexual activity with a child, causing a child to engage in sexual activity, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, and causing a child to watch a sexual act.
Adams struck over a one year period, with his victims, who cannot be named for legal reasons, aged between 12 and 14.
South Yorkshire Police fear there may be more victims who have not yet come forward.

An 18-year-old man who groomed, raped and abused seven girls in a series of “hideous” sex attacks has been jailed for nine years.
Corie Adams, formerly of Matlby, Rotherham, used social media to target some of his victims and lied about his age to carry out the “horrific abuse”.
He admitted 11 offences against two girls aged 13 and two aged 14 and a further six offences against three girls aged between 12 and 14.
He was jailed at Sheffield Crown Court.
