Or, more information than you can shake a stick at!
Now the elections are but a distant memory, we can turn our thoughts to checking up on our Councillors. Rotherham Politics makes part of this process, at least simple.

Hopw very interesting is all this. You kept me up until 2.30 a.m so fascinated was I. Biggest laugh of the lot are the Gifts – its surprising where they trot off to.

Dinnington does have some interesting councillors, Falvey, one of the ugly sisters, is involved with Safe@Last children’s charity; including being deputy manager at their refuge. Yet she has not said a word about the Laura Wilson case. Her sister councillor Havenhand has an even more impressive list to her name, children and young peoples strategic partnership, adoption panel, women’s refuge and again Safe @ last children’s charity. Once again not a word said about the Laura Wilson case, it smacks of towing the party line. It is good to see that councillor Tweed has got his hat trick, Woodsetts parish councillor, Dinnington town councillor and Rotherham borough councillor; ah the joys of being in the Labour Party.

I don’t think it’s the joys of being in the Labour Party, DAve but I am informed that they have so few members who can stand for election (this from a Labour party member, but I think they are suddering from declining membership round here.

I remember a couple of years ago when I was a member, there was a candidate selection meeting and on one of the candidate’s statement, I highlighted 12 spelling/grammatical errors- he was hoping to become a councillor lol!
