I think what Brian is saying is like most he doe not trust giving over any information via the Council as it may get mislaid on route to the chief investigating officer
He wants to give her any information he has personally to make sure she gets it
RMBC lost any trust it had long since Rodger Stone and his band of merry men made sure of that.

This just proves to me beyond any doubt that Kimber has far too much control over this enquiry. He, surely is one of the individuals under investigation, how can he have so much control and it be a truthful, open, fair and most importantly, independent enquiry? In my view it cannot and this enquiry will not be worth the paper it is written on, it will be a whitewash!
