Man, 22, denies contact with Keighley teenage girl he is accused of raping
A MAN accused of raping a vulnerable schoolgirl in an underground car park labelled her a “straight up slag” and said he never touched her, a jury at Bradford Crown Court heard yesterday.
Sufyan Ziarab told the police his alleged victim, who was aged 13 to 14 at the time, was “just who you call a prostitute, but it’s free.”
Ziarab, 22, of Kendal Mellor Court, Keighley, denies two charges of raping the girl in the underground car park at the former police station in Keighley.
The jurors have seen photos of graffiti on the walls, including the girl’s name, in the concrete area that Ziarab said he and his friends used as a hideout to get stoned smoking weed.

I hope she stays strong under cross examination and character assassination. No doubt the next ordeal she has to face.

He’s obviously not very bright or has been ill advised by his Counsel for using language like that in a court. I think he’s just set up his mates, by admitting he was there and that they were having sex with an underage girl.
