  1. Ah well, there you go – to put a Rotherham Council interpretation on those figures, that means 1,775,520 people were in favour of the devo deal.

  2. I bet none of the Councils can produce ANY evidence that they have consulted the electorate on this issue. Liars and cheats the lot of them.
