A MAN has been charged with 21 child sex offences as part of the ongoing investigation into historic abuse in Rotherham.
Tony Chapman (41), of Lindley Street, Rotherham, has been charged by the National Crime Agency (NCA) with sexually abusing three girls, one aged 16 and two under the age of 16, between 1998 and 2015.
Chapman faces seven charges of rape, 12 charges of indecent assault, one of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one of affray.

A Rotherham man has been charged with 21 child sex offences as part of a National Crime Agency investigation.
Tony Chapman, aged 41, of Lindley Street, Eastwood, is accused of sexually abusing three girls – one aged 16 and two under the age of 16 – between 1998 and 2015.
He has been released on bail until his next hearing on July 18 at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court.
