CSE: Three men arrested over Rotherham and Manchester abuse

THREE Rotherham men have been arrested as part of the investigation into historic child sexual exploitation (CSE).

A 46-year-old man was arrested on Monday and a 37-year-old man and a 41-year-old man were arrested yesterday (Wednesday).

The men were arrested on suspicion of indecent assault and gross indecency with a child under 16, alleged to have taken place in Rotherham and Manchester.

Three men arrested over child sex abuse in Rotherham

Three men have been arrested over child sex abuse in Rotherham.

The men, aged 37, 41 and 46, were arrested this week as part of the National Crime Agency’s investigation, Operation Stovewood, which is looking into cases of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013.

Three Rotherham men arrested sex abuse inquiry

Three men have been arrested by officers investigating historical sexual abuse.

The men, aged 37, 41 and 46, from Rotherham, were held on suspicion of indecent assault and gross indecency with a child under 16.

The National Crime Agency (NCA) said the offences were alleged to have been committed against two girls in Rotherham and Manchester.

The men have been released under investigation.
