A Longer view?

This interesting and revealing piece was sent to Rothpol today, the author ticked the no publicity box:

“Most labour supporters are sure Akhtar will be reinstated as deputy leader once the police have completed their investigation, sorry, cover up operation.
They believe Akhtar didn’t know the full ins & outs of the Arshid Hussain (his relative) case.

Here is what most of the blind labour followers are missing. The over riding factor that will surely hurt Akhtar is that he knew to some extent about Ash & the girl, this was when he was not a councillor. He was a cab driver but had very close links to the council & police. He helped return the girl to the police while at the same time helping his relation.

However he was labelled a hero for helping return the girl from the dangers of a violent man.

A little later he was made councillor of his ward. He went on to his claim-to-fame, the infamous restaurant brawl, that got him his ASBO (Actually Affray).
He was suspended for a while but returned to his ward council duties.

Then came the major impacting factor; Grooming. The major grooming & exploitation incident where the entire Labour lead council stayed quiet & tried to cover it all up, as it was accused of neglect & failure to protect children & young people.

Here is where it gets messy for our one time “hero”. He was a saint for helping return a child abuse victim to the police, when he was not a councillor. So he must have known about this sort of practice going on in his society. Yet he became deputy leader of the council & never acted to put a stop to it. The abuser’s were allowed to continue there practices & the abused suffered in silence, while the deputy leader knew these things were happening in his town.

There lies the bigger picture, the overwhelming fact of a man in power not able to act on something so serious that he knew was going on in his town. The deed he did to help the police 14 years ago, he forgot about it, like it was of no significance.

The abuser’s are right to blame the council, police & social services for their incompetence.

If the police do their job correctly & conduct a thorough investigation, the truth will come out & justice will be achieved. The labour lot should get another good rattling, this time with the aid of The Times Newspaper.

Rotherham’s Labour Party has been rotten to the core since the day “Tory Blair” took office. What about the other “nodding donkey’s” that have been sat quietly, collecting their salaries. If you do you’re homework you’ll find that councillor Barry Dodson was sat on The Former Children and Young People’s Services Scrutiny panel from 2005 to 2010. This panel was supposed to be protecting the children of Rotherham. Was he just another one that abused his voters?

As for ASBO Akhtar, there is no such thing as a temporary resignation in politics; you are in or you out.

He was probably escorted out of his office by Mr. Stone. Akhtar is clearly a  liability to this mob of unstable common thugs.

This should be the end of this grooming assisting, restaurant brawling, Al Capone wannabe.

Jahangir might well have just realised that boomerang’s do come back, even if this one was thrown in 1999. Maybe he might want to get his cab serviced & see what has become of life on Rotherham taxi ranks.”
